Elsi has had several different interiors. These photos show how she was set up for the singlehanded 2006 and 2013 trips.

Inside Elsi looking forward. My bunk and chart table are to starboard. To port is the sink with galley bins underneath. Forward of that was a bunk which was converted to more storage
The cabin door and galley
The chart table was on the starboard side. Here it’s set up for writing my daily bit for the website logbook.
The galley in Elsi wasn’t big but it did the job. The cooker is gimballed so that when Elsi is heeled over the cooker stays flat.
Just forward of the galley I had three big plastic tubs I called galley bins. I used these for my “day to day” food. They got refilled from the main storage lockers every two weeks or so.
The forepeak, at the bow, was where all the sails were stowed.
The locker above the forepeak held the Aerogen blades when it was taken down in bad weather.
Usually there was a set of steps below the cabin door but for this trip it was replaced by this box which held a big pile of tinned food as well as tatties, onions and garlic.
